Membership
Become a JSPP Member
Individuals can join the Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists (JSPP) as Regular members. A special discounted rate is available for students and seniors. See "Membership Types" for more information.
JSPP also offers "Sustaining Membership" for organizations. Please contact the JSPP office via E-mail (jspp@nacos.com) to join as a Sustaining Member.
The society's fiscal year runs from January to December. Even if you join mid-year, the membership fee for the entire year is required, and the membership is valid until December.
To become a JSPP regular member, please follow the two-step procedure below.
If either step is not completed, the admission process will not be completed.

Verification of Student Status
Students who wish to join as a student member should submit a certificate verifying their student status (e.g. a copy of student ID, a completed student verification form, or any other certificate confirming their student status).
Please upload your student ID in JPG or PDF format using the designated section of the membership application form (Clara).
If you are unable to upload via the form, please contact the JSPP office (jspp@nacos.com).
Payment of Membership Fee
Membership fee can be paid using credit card.
Please check the email regarding payment that will be sent within a week after completing the online membership application. Please note that during the year-end, New Year, or summer holidays, there may be delays in processing.
