Membership
Become a Member
JSPP has three types of membership: regular, institutional, and sustaining (for details, see Membership Types). This page tells you how to become a regular member (individual member). We offer a special half-price membership fee for students who want to become regular members. For information on becoming an institutional or sustaining member, visit the Membership Types page. Members will receive all issues of Plant and Cell Physiology for the year that they join, regardless of when they join.

- Apply by Fax/Airmail
Print out the application form, fill in the requested information, and send the form by fax or airmail to the JSPP Office. This form is for international members. The application form for Japan-resident members is available on the Japanese version of this web site.
Methods of Payment
Membership dues may be paid using any of the following methods:
- International postal order (Payable to the Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists)
- International Giro postal transfer (Postal account No.: 01030-5-31696/JSPP)
- Credit card (faxable form)
- Online credit card
To pay by credit card (faxable form), print out the Credit Card Payment Information Form, fill in the requested information, and fax (or airmail) the form to the JSPP Office.
Student Verification
Students who wish to become members should print out the Student Verification Form, fill in the requested information, and fax (or airmail) the form to the JSPP Office. The Student Verification Form is included on the Credit Card Payment Information Form.
