Membership Types

Regular Membership (Japan Residents)

For individuals living in Japan who agree with the goals of the JSPP.
Dues: 9,000 yen/year (Students: 3,000 yen/year)

Membership benefits include:

  1. Online access to Plant and Cell Physiology (excluding lifetime members)
  2. Gakkai Tsushin newsletter (three times/year)
  3. Discounted handling charge for publication in Plant and Cell Physiology
  4. Eligibility for presenting a paper at the Annual Meeting

Regular Membership (International)

For individuals living overseas who agree with the goals of the JSPP.
Dues: 9,000 yen/year (Students: 3,000 yen/year)

Membership benefits include:

  1. Online access to Plant and Cell Physiology (excluding lifetime members)
  2. JSPP Newsletter (once a year)
  3. Discounted handling charge for publication in Plant and Cell Physiology
  4. Eligibility for presenting a paper at the Annual Meeting

Sustaining Membership

For companies and research institutions that agree with the goals of the JSPP.
Dues: 60,000 yen/year per institution

Membership benefits include:

  1. Online access to Plant and Cell Physiology
  2. Gakkai Tsushin newsletter (for members in Japan) or JSPP Newsletter (for international members)
  3. Company or institution name will appear in the Gakkai Tsushin and JSPP Newsletter
  4. Free participation in the Annual Meeting (up to two individuals per membership)
  5. Eligibility for one individual per membership to present a paper at the Annual Meeting (with payment of the meeting fee)
  6. Profile of your company/institution (in either Japanese or English) on the Sustaining Members Information page of this web site (Japanese version)
  7. Reduced-rate advertisements (in either Japanese or English) on the Information on Products and Books page of the JSPP web site (Japanese version)
Becoming a Sustaining Member

Companies and research institutions outside of Japan should contact the JSPP Office to become sustaining members. Companies and research institutions in Japan can find information on sustaining membership on the Japanese version of this web site.
