Registration

Before registration and submission
  • Please be sure to check the “General Information” page before registration and submission.
  • In accordance with JSPP Article 7(3), the presenters of the Annual Meeting must be JSPP members. If you are participating as a member, you need to pay the membership fee for FY2025. If you are attending (and presenting at) the Annual Meeting as a JSPP member, please become a member of JSPP starting from FY2025. Please refer to this page for membership details.
  • Members of The Taiwan Botanical Society (TSPB) and The American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB) may give a presentation at the annual meeting. JSPP offers the members of TSPB and ASPB discount registration rates.
  • Once payment has been completed, no changes can be made to the details of your application (participation fee category, banquet, and box lunch reservation order). In addition, no refunds can be made. Please check the details of your registration carefully.
  • During registration procedure, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding the use of a chartered bus to the venue. Please kindly confirm your accommodation in advance to answer the questionnaire.
    A shuttle bus to the conference venue will run in the morning, timed to align with the start of the morning sessions. Boarding locations are Kanazawa Station and Korinbo area.
  • The list of participants (name and country or prefecture) will be submitted to Ishikawa Prefecture and Kanazawa City to apply for subsidies.
  • If you wish to apply for the PCP Poster Award, please make sure to select “Poster Presentation”. Only student presenters are eligible to apply.
  • Only designated presenters can submit symposium and award lecture abstracts. If this does not apply to you, please select either an oral or a poster presentation.
  • If you wish to give an oral or poster presentation, please check the list of categories in advance. You will be asked to select your first and second preferences.

  • For oral presentations and symposia, please select the presentation method (on-site or online) on the abstract submission screen. Poster presentations and award lectures are on-site only (online presentations are not available).
  • When submitting an oral or poster presentation that will follow another presentation, please check the presentation number (e.g. E00000) of the preceding presentation in advance and enter it on the abstract submission screen (You may also add this information later, if it is before the submission deadline). Also, please make sure that your presentation format (oral or poster) and the category of the preceding presentation match the preceding submission. Please note that we may not be able to meet your preferred presentation order.
  • We are unable to accommodate changes to the registration details after the deadline. Please ensure that you thoroughly review your registration.
